September 11 Memorial Service

The Dover Township Fire Officers Association sponsored the annual September 11th Memorial Service. Station 25 hosted the event downtown at the Firefighters' Memorial.

During the service, Chief John Mount presented a crocheted American Flag to Councilman Mo Hill for display in town hall. The flag is on loan from Firefighter Bill Byrnes, Station 25 and Upper Captiva Fire and Rescue, Upper Captiva, Florida. The flag was presented to Bill by a citizen of Upper Captiva in gratitude and recognition of his service at Ground Zero following September 11.
